2. Description of Service

SignalFrame provides AI-powered image generation services for LinkedIn posts. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create professional visuals based on your post content. Results may vary depending on the input provided.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process your text solely for the purpose of generating images. Generated images are yours to use. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to use any content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create images depicting illegal content or inappropriate material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service
• Use automated systems to access our service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Generate misleading or deceptive content

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our merchant of record. Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis and auto-renew unless canceled. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer portal, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire for 12 months and are non-refundable. Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The SignalFrame service, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service. Generated images belong to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your expectations, be error-free, or achieve specific results. AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may not always perfectly match your intent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
